Fast easy check in, friendly staff, clean rooms and very spacious rooms.

Location is excellent! We had a view of the Niagara rapids from our room, which we loved. The hotel is charming and the staff was very helpful and attentive. A full made-to-order breakfast each day was a big plus. We were sad to leave this wonderful hotel and hope to make it back some day.

The property is well connected to the major attractions in Niagra and located at a quiet place on the banks of Niagra river. Room was spacious with the required facilities and was very clean. There was no microwave in the room or a common microwave on the floor, which created some inconvenience for us. At least providing a common microwave on the floor would be a great idea considering that lot of families travelling with kids would be benefiting from that. Also, extra charge for car parking is something not every hotels do. As you are charging for the parking, it would have been better if mentioned in the description of the facilities. Overall, the facility is good, no doubt at all, except the two points microwave and car parking, which are improvement opportunities for attracting customer loyalty

It was fine staying here but definitely needs cosmetic updates and wifi should work in every room and we had to change rooms due to this. A little odour in room but once we had the fan going it was better quickly. Staff amazing and helpful. Breakfast was just ok not much variety and only 3 hot items. Over all it was good and they had the best price with parking included. So worked for us….was a weekend getaway shop until you drop
