The bed is big enough and clean. The also provide room service. A great place to stay with affordable price.We booked Halong Bay 1 day and Hoa Lu- Tam Coc 1 day from Travel Office at hotel with good service and reasonable price. "

"This hotel is perfect. Unfortunately, I came there with a broken bone in foot from last place and staff, particularly Lily searched medical facilities in Hanoi and organised a fracture boot for me to be delivered. I also got very sick and the staff went above and beyond to help get the doctor out, pick up medicine for me and just so much more than I would expect. The room itself was fabulous and my husband tells me the restaurant food was fantastic. Tom and Thu(Grace) were a couple of staff that all need individual mention for their care and help. If I come back to Hanoi, I will 100% stay here. Cannot imagine there is a better hotel in Hanoi."
