"I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Austin Downtown, for a weekend training that was not too far away, and while my stay was wonderful overall, the true highlight was the incredible service I received at the front desk. Phem went above and beyond—she was exceptionally warm, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. In addition, Hakim was equally welcoming and attentive. Together, they made my experience memorable, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. providing outstanding assistance throughout my stay. So clean, quiet, easy check in and out, the tech is so great, and I love the minimalistic approach!
The only thing that would be nice is that the garage parking would be less expensive, $67 for 2 days was very crazy, I know the location is downtown but maybe get discounts with the parking garage or something.
I saved staying at this hotel but paid it back with the parking garage.
