We received a room upon check in that was not to what we were expecting (facing the parking lot, no privacy, ground floor) and requested a room change. There was no issues and the room was changed promptly to a room we were very pleased with. "

"We had the misfortune of staying when a youngsters’ lacrosse team was in town for a tournament. We tolerated the excitement - gatherings in the hall outside our room, running across the floor upstairs and down the corridor upstairs, etc etc. We had no wish to put a damper on their enthusiasm (adults and team members alike), but we do wish the hotel staff had assigned us a room far away from the disturbances!"
