"The room was beautiful the staff was nice and the lobby was clean and had snacks. However our room was next to the elevator and it was extremely loud and I could even hear the dings from inside my room. We only stayed one night but if you didn’t stay in that room I’m sure the stay would have been lovely"

"It’s a very historic hotel so the architecture is amazing but the upkeeping of the rooms is not! I had to be switched three times in a small weekend stay which made it not very convenient for me! I had to unpack and pack three times in a Friday to Monday morning stay! At the end for my lastnight I was given a suite but it still don’t change the fact of the inconvenience even the general manger of the hotel was nice and helpful. "

"Nothing like a shower curtain sticking to you throughout your shower because they focused on generating social media buzz by having a see-through shower in the middle of your room, rather than the practicality of showering to get clean."
