Staff was very helpful answering any questions at anytime of day. Room was clean, many tv & movie channels, fridge & microwave. Bathroom was clean, with an accessable walk-in shower that dries well with door open. Hotel is about a half an hour drive from Chicago. Breakfast is a highlight of the place, eggs, sausage, breads, fruit, fresh pancakes & waffles, yogurt, juices and more! Overall a great, safe stay, would come back for sure.

Beautiful hotel, easy street parking, great breakfast, awesome pool with a fantastic view - floor to ceiling windows. We stayed in a suite which had lots of room, clean and very modern. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Making people feel special must be their superpower because I was pleasantly surprised by a special gift I received for my birthday. The staff was always courteous, helpful and friendly. I loved that the lobby where they had a few games you could play but was so relaxing and quiet that there were several people just sitting around and chatting. It's proximity to the L had its pros and cons. The only con being the noise but it was so minimal that you only heard it while sitting on the window...

Great location, walking distance to most of the main attractions. Great hotel, great style. Room was super nice and bed very comfy. Would stay again. Room with view on the river is great for the view, just a bit noisy at night with sirens and honks. But overall perfect stay in Chicago !

Everything about my stay at the Hilton was excellent and truly amazing. The quality of the entire experience was outstanding. The only drawback was that the room wasn't cleaned daily, and amenities like shampoo, conditioner, towels, and toilet paper weren't replenished regularly. Aside from this, everything was wonderful and highly recommended.

This hotel is in a very convenient spot in Downtown Chicago. It's less than 4 minutes walking from Lasalle Station (blue line),Harrison Station (red line), and several bus lines. That means you can reach all the city's attractions quite easily. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Visiting from Canada and stayed at Hotel 505. We had an amazing stay!!! Received a complimentary bottle of wine as we were celebrating our anniversary, nice surprise. Loved the rooftop terrace, which we were able to enjoy during this beautiful Fall weather. Our room had a corner view, was very clean and spacious . Hotel is centrally located and felt very safe. Room was really nice! Staff was great. Loved our stay! Only thing was the bathroom not having a proper door. It was a sliding door that didn’t fully close. A bit more privacy for a bathroom is always nice. Maybe not all the rooms are like this.
