"We had a lovely weekend stay at Fidelity in Cleveland. The entrance to the hotel is unassuming but we were impressed from that point on. The valet staff were always present and remembered us. The check in staff in the lobby were welcoming and engaging. The bar staff were knowledgeable and provided amazing service. Everything in this hotel is thoughtful - from the decor in the lobby to the room. We stayed in a petite suite with a small dog. There were no issues with my pet which was great. My partner and I decided that we will always stay at Fidelity when we do business in Cleveland. The hotel and room were clean and well attended. The suite was spacious. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!"
