"We stop here to sleep. We got room 102. In the middle of the night, we have so much noise and stomping on the ceiling! We complained at the front desk, but we didn't get satisfactory relief. If we stay this place, we makes sure not get this room!"

"Dingy outside appearance. Door stuck and was hard to open. Light switch didn't work. Phone was not connected to wall and had no cord to do so. Tub was filthy. My kids found a needle, half smoked cigarette- in a non smoking room, and a metal pipe with one end burned .."
