The room was welcoming in being clean and neat. Love the makeup remover disposable cloth in restroom along with shampoo & conditioner pumps in shower/tub. The bed was comfortable so were the pillows. Also restaurants were nearby!"

"Very clean rooms. I checked for bedbugs, they were not present! Housekeeping was very efficient and went through at regular intervals (daily) to keep the room in good condition. The only thing that was negative was the first night we stayed, someone was yelling at someone else right outside our window at 4:00am and shortly after that, I thought I heard gunshots. That's not the staff's fault, that's the City of Elyria's fault."
