"The person who helped us with our check-in was very helpful l & understanding where my husband’s mobility issues were concerned. She took very good care of our needs. I believe her name was Alex. She is awesome!"

"Very clean, very helpful staff. An older hotel which has not been updated, but price reflects that. Bed was fresh and comfortable. Concerns (from viewpoint of an elderly person): no elevator, low toilet, no grab bar next to toilet or in shower. Family members had room facing pool. Swimming lessons started at 7 am. Most folks are ready to get up and go by that time, but my group had hoped to sleep in. For the most part - a pleasant experience. The staff member who helped us was very knowledgeable about places to eat on a Sunday night and steered us to a perfect site to watch the eclipse."
