"Hot tub was broken, had to get in my vehicle and go to a different property to use one. TV didn't work. There was a terrible storm coming through and we couldn't even check the weather. Refrigerator didn't work and that RUINED my mother's pulled pork. Sheets were dirty. Shower was cold. Coffee was burnt. Outlet didn't work in the bathroom. Really just the WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AND I TRAVEL A LOT. AT LEAST TWICE A MONTH. "

"Needs a lot of work in a lot of areas! Beds and Pillows were awful at best - pillows were the size of couch throw pillows…no kidding. Beds made an awful metallic grinding sound every time you moved and everything rolled to the center. A solid 2/10 - if I had it to do all over again..I’d chose something else."

"This hotel was great. The precheck in made checking in so easy and fast. Our room was comfortable and the hot tub and pool were working properly. Thhe breakfast was hot and fresh plus had a good selection of foods. I will definitely stay here again."
