You will fall in love with this two bedroom, two-bathroom cottage. The property has a full kitchen, screened in back porch, board games for kids and adults, an outdoor grill and more. At this property you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the screened in porch while listening to the birds sing. In the evening you can sit and enjoy the sunset over the mountains. Although private, it is not a far drive to downtown Mountain View, and all the amenities it has to offer such as, The Ozark Folk Center State Park, Loco Ropes, The incredible White River, shops, movie theater, dining options and more. Very comfortable furniture in the living room, screen patio, large rocking chair at the entry door, outdoor chairs around the fire pit overlooking the valley below. Flat lawn area for outdoor games - itā€™s a mountain top of course and the balls that are hit off the lawn go down! ;-) All the light switches are conveniently labeled. We loved that we were in the mountains but so close to town. The view is as spectacular as you think. The cottage is as quaint and cozy as you imagine. The homey feel starts as soon as you pull into the driveway. Peace is waiting for you.
