When I checked in we did not have any towels or washcloths. There was black hair all over the bathroom/shower. Floor was dirty, we did t dare take our shoes off. Bedding was also dirty.

The room was disgusting. Linens dirty, mold in tub, dirty air filter, electrical outlet covers missing, water in sink was green, rust colored water in the toilet, wierd debris under the sink. Smelled horrific.

The room had a very strong chemical smell. The floors were sticky and dirty. I suspect the two issues were related. Maybe they used very concentrated mop water and just rubbed it around with the dirt on the floor and called it cleaning. The pictures are so much better than the place. The room didn't have enough electrical outlets to charge our stuff. There was construction here and there. After 12:00 A.M. there was some inexplicable banging that woke us all up. Also, many people making noise slamming doors and talking loudly late at night as if they were incapable of understanding that families might possibly be trying to sleep. It doesn't look like the hotel is doing much to maintain a respectful environment. Definitely the kind of place to bring a hooker, not a family. Never again in La Quinta. The breakfast was ok.
