After a very bad experience at a hotel in Navajos I drove 6 hours to be greeting with a friendly professional staff. My dog and I were able to sit outside at the restaurant and enjoy a fabulous meal. The room is clean and quiet. We are very happy

It's a great place to stay, it's an older building, but it's well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a great steak restaurant called Caracu with an upscale menu. Guaranteed you'll enjoy.

Customer service was outstanding. Special thanks to the manager Alejandra, for the way she handled the rescheduling of my reservation. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

The door would not close properly and would not lock from the outside. That made our stay very uncomfortable and uneasy.

Honestly, the place looks a bit sketchy from the outside. That being said, the inside was clean, the bed was firm but comfortable enough. The furniture is pretty old but it didn’t really matter. Front desk was very nice. Biggest downside might have been their key cards which feels weird to say. I had to get new ones three different times cause mine kept demagnetizing or whatever it is. Since I was on the very far side of the hotel, it was fairly annoying. The price is fantastic though, and by far the cheapest place to stay if you are traveling with a pet. I would definitely stay here again.

We like the restaurant on the property. The staff is very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It looks like they're upgrading or redoing the rooms so part of the property seems a bit disorganized but it didn't affect our stay.

We were travelling on motorcycles with 4 pieces of luggage plus helmets. We had to move 3 times after getting a room, with a single bed, then one with a malfunctioning bathroom. These two rooms were a fair stair climb to reach and we had to go down 4 times with the keys not working. The next room was down a hallway outside, up two staircases and down past twenty rooms with three loads each of luggage. The wifi did not work so phoned to clarify password but the still didn't work. Back to front desk. Found the wifi was down. Desk clerk could really not have cared less.

we deeply apologize, we had rooms that could accommodate you parking your motorcycle in front of the room, unfortunately, a new employee got very confused, and not sure how she moved you so many times. I have addressed this serious matter with the employee. Again accept our apologies for the experience you had.

The property is scary, sketchy people, collected a security deposit? The will charge you for a pet and put you in a second class room. Definitely a shady business, it's not worth saving a few dollars. Never again.

we are sorry you feel that way about our property, we just got 3 other reviews that gave us great reviews. our hotel is very secure and has cameras throughout the area, we have not had any incidents for years, and not sure what you meant by scary and sketchy people, we have lots of workers from the mine nearby and very nice guests. As for Pets, the Expedia site explains the fees, and that we have Pet-Friendly rooms which are very hard to find in other hotels nearby. we offer this since many guests travel with their pets, maybe because they are located in a designated area that was an inconvenience for you but that area is near grass and away from another allergenic-prone guest.

Mr. Abel,I was here next to front desk receptionist, when you checked out you complained about no water bottles in the room and the pool closure. you stated no coffee and dirty floors on your review, but you didn't mention it at the front desk, I went to your room you had water bottles empty in your trash can, the TV was working fine, it had coffee, and our pool closure is posted on the Expedia site in two locations, plus posted right in front of front desk check-in very visible. sorry we did not meet your expectations.
