"Love this place, location is great for any Los Angeles destination. Would appreciate a microwave in the room or at least the hotel. Also, should be mandatory for a water station in the lobby, people need to drink water and often have their own eco-friendly refillable water bottles. The free shuttle to Universal Studios and free parking are awesome amenities. The complimentary robes during your stay is also a plus. The outer windows need a serious power washing but overall cleanliness and comfort will bring me back for sure. "

"The hotel was lovely and everyone there was so kind. Rooms were decorated nicely, beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient, though care should be taken going out at night in the neighborhood. The breakfast was just ok - there could have been some fresh fruits, additional toppings for oatmeal, greater variety. The rooftop atmosphere was very nice."
