I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was extremely convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the air conditioning and overall comfort of the room. I enjoyed my stay. The room was very comfy and cozy. Perfect for a single or coupled. The breakfast wasn’t too good but that wouldn’t stop me from booking again. The location is perfect. You’re steps away from the shops in midtown which made this stay awesome. The train station is right on the corner so that’s another plus.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with great air conditioning. The cleaners came every day, although you have the option to decline housekeeping if you prefer. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options to choose from. The location was excellent…just a stone’s throw from many of the main attractions. The Empire State Building, Times Square, and other popular spots were all within walking distance, which made getting around really convenient.

Great room and great customer service by staff. Broken tv remote replaced with new remote immediately. Air conditioner was making noise and we asked several times for repair but finally on day 3 of our vacation it was replaced with a new quiet air conditioner unit, otherwise was good hotel experience

Great location with plenty of restaurants and bars in the same street. Subway entrance 2 doors down. Noisy at night and bed was uncomfortable and needs replacing. Very small rooms with no space to open your suitcase except on the bed. Elevators need repairs to flooring as dangerous mat placed in one of them. Breakfast included is a good added bonus.
