stayed here for three days loved the staff and room. Everything was clean & I was even given extra toiletries when requested. The staff were very convenient and quick with my request. The hotel was nice overall, and I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. However, I do think the property could use some upgrades and a little more cleanliness, especially in certain areas of the room and hotel. With some updates and more attention to cleanliness, I think the hotel could be even better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was extremely convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the air conditioning and overall comfort of the room. It was a great place to stay during my trip to New York, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good and being included in the room is a rarity in NYC. Staff was very friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. Great view. Harold Square can be a bit loud if you are facing it but we didn't mind it. Thats what NTC is about. My only note would be the seating in the breakfast area is very torn up as well as the floor in the elevators but the location is fantastic so easy to overlook. They also kindly hold your luggage until your room is ready/ it's time for your flight etc ..overall great experience,

I enjoyed my stay. The room was very comfy and cozy. Perfect for a single or coupled. The breakfast wasn’t too good but that wouldn’t stop me from booking again. The location is perfect. You’re steps away from the shops in midtown which made this stay awesome. The train station is right on the corner so that’s another plus.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with great air conditioning. The cleaners came every day, although you have the option to decline housekeeping if you prefer. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options to choose from. The location was excellent…just a stone’s throw from many of the main attractions. The Empire State Building, Times Square, and other popular spots were all within walking distance, which made getting around really convenient.

Great room and great customer service by staff. Broken tv remote replaced with new remote immediately. Air conditioner was making noise and we asked several times for repair but finally on day 3 of our vacation it was replaced with a new quiet air conditioner unit, otherwise was good hotel experience
