The hotel is at great location in midtown Manhattan with walking distance to summit, empire building and 5th ave. Weekend is noise even in at 8th floor, guess with city view and close to the street. If you are looking for location convenient, this is the choices. Food is great. Only thing if ppl looking for warm water, which will be tricky. It won’t be available at the hotel as no boiler. But everything else is great!

Great location for our needs, and the room was clean but a little cramped for 3 ppl. Front desk staff were very nice. The AC vent rattled all weekend and the TV didn't function properly (not a big deal, we weren't there to watch TV). Very disappointed to have to pay a $5/bag fee to store our luggage given the nightly room rate. This should be a free amenity for guests.

Great location and nice hotel! Hard to find due to construction outside. Inside it’s a very functional place to stay in manhattan. Its spaces are small including the rooms but it was a great spot to rest!

The hotel was super close to Times Square and in walking distance to other attractions. The staff was super nice and very helpful!!!!! Our room was nice, the bathroom ceiling fell in twice but was fixed with urgency!

The place is clean. The staff are all okay. But it is good for only one night stay. It is not for a vacation There is no free breakfast, not even a coffee pot in the room no microwave. You have to go out of the hotel for everything you want. The only thing they provide is the room and toiletries.

I find the location very convenient, about 15 minutes' walk from Penn Station. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and the room was clean and quiet and the bathroom well laid out. Checking in was quick and Gahid, who checked me in, was welcoming.
