"Hotel was great. Clean, nice sized room, fridge, bottled water coffee tea. Good comfortable bed, little balcony. Breakfast was good even for someone from the US. Area not a lot but 7-11 next door which you can get good food. The MRT was a 5 min walk. All and all great place I would definitely stay there again "

"Ended up leaving my stay 5 days early, there were bugs i found in my room, the shower did not drain and was wet when i arrived, and the room smelled very strongly of mildew."
"Dont book on this place. This is self check in which is good, the cleaners dont even clean before your arrival. My experience was so bad my allergies from dirty carpet and bed got so bad. And mind you the bathroom is nice, not cleaned and the smell is like sewage. The whole room I lost alot of money on this place just to be told on the first day i cannot get refunded. Dont get me wrong the location wise is good, its just the place is dirty and getting my refund, was not an option at that time....
"Fantastic Stay ! The hotel staff are incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed here for one month. The location was amazing. Everything was easy to find from this hotel. The hot spring is as well amazing. It felt luxurious to have this hot spring bathtub in our room. Amazing breakfast with lots of verieties. We recommend this hotel to everyone ! "
