Staff have hard time speaking English so can be some communication issues for sure. Also, staff could be more helpful to the tourists and more welcoming. Morning breakfast is okay. There are 3 meals in rotation. So nothing special, just okay. Hotel location is farther away from many interesting key tourist sites, so expect to spend a lot of time traveling. Gym and swimming pool are in an ‘adjacent’ building. In house there is small laundry. Limited but good breakfast. Rooms are rather small. Toilet is very small (esp. for tall Europeans). Breakfast was good and staff were great. Neighbourhood was also great, with easy access to the MRT and all the attractions.
