You can take MRT airport line directly from Taoyuan airport to the hotel. I was able to spend a week comfortably in a clean room. Super convenient for the mrt. Clean, quiet, secure and easy to find. Even get free chocolate! Awesome staff - so friendly. The riverside park near the hotel is so much fun and a popular date spot. Supermarket just up the road. You have to wait at many lights to cross the street, while the other side of the river you don't have any red lights. Food places are a bit farther out but the hotel has excellent service and clean. Location is good which is very handy to the subway. Housekeeping is generally good but they didn’t do much during the period. (3 years) It was a nice choice for people who prefer a quiet area near Taipei, with MRT easy access to the City center. However, the reception staff was different, one of the ladies had no idea about answering the eco question. Made me feel uneasy about the service of the hotel. Over 3 days, then they will change the bed sheet. Short of housekeeping staff? That middle-aged woman's response was out of the blue, and confusing. Don't they need to change the mug used before? OMG, just replace the new one then. Wash for me? Ridiculous! Beyond that was a OK stay. Wish their staff have better training! :( ##### Sung C. The Metro is conveniently located just across the road. the breakfast is not prepared on-site; it is purchased from a restaurant and provided in a brown bag, which includes a sandwich and a milk tea with no options to choose from. The room was quiet and spacious, but the A/C was inadequate. Despite it being a hot day in July, the room temperature remained around 28°C all night and never cooled down to 25°C. Additionally, the constant light in the room may be bothersome for those sensitive to light. The toilet light stays on and shines through the glass wall into the bedroom, and the blinds and drapes do not fully block out the light.
