"Our stay was nice and everything was clean. My only two issues were that the pool closes way too early we only got to swim for about 15 min and the staff didn’t tell us that until we went back down to go swimming so my son was really bummed out about that. Also the breakfast in the morning was good but it’s basically all self serve which is fine and all except when we were trying to use the waffle maker the two woman staff that were over watching the breakfast area could have definitely been a little bit nicer. The staff at the front desk were great and very nice! Also the couple of ice machines that we did try to use did not work"

"We needed an affordable place that could easily access Manhattan. This hotel is in the Bronx. We walked to the Botanical Gardens. It may not be a place for the less intrepid, but the location was good for us as it’s walking distance to Gun Hill Rd subway stop. We could see it from our room, so that was fun."

"Nice large room and large bathroom. Mine was handicapped accessible. I didn’t need it, but it was large and great. Free breakfast buffet. Great coffee. The hotel is kind of isolated from any food, shopping. Everything shuts down in that town early. However there is a great Irish bar with food that’s an eleven minute walk. I’d stay again."
