"We enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect & had everything we needed. My only complaint was the carpet looked worn & dirty. The pool was nice. There are no elevators & we were given a room on the 3rd level. It was ok, but would have been nice to know before hand."

"Staff acted like they didn't want to talk to you. Check-in behind glass and gave off an unwelcoming feel. There was a car parked outside our room window that began to play music very loudly at 12:30am. We put up with it for about an hour before calling the front desk 4-5 times to get it addressed before the front desk said they would go out and see what's going on "themselves" about 3:30am when it finally stopped. I don't think they even tried to do anything about it before then because we heard them go out and back in after our final call."

"I loved the fact that there was a fridge in the room, which i did not expect there to be due to all the photos I looked at of the rooms did not show one. I do wish there had been a club chair to sit in."
