We stayed in a top floor king room with a sofa looking out over the city Pros- •The reception staff were very pleasant, helpful, and always available •The location was convenient for getting on to major roadways •There were stores and restaurants in the immediate area •Covered onsite parking •Breakfast had a lot of variety to chose from both hot and cold items with plenty of seating •Quiet •Room was very clean •Large tv for easy viewing Cons- •We had no housekeeping service the 3 days we were there •Parking was $10 a day •Have your license plate number with you when you go into the hotel because you will need to use a q code to pay for your parking. You pay a third party, not Hyatt. •From the parking area you will have to walk down or up stairs and around the building to get to the ground level and hotel entrance •Towels were very small •The shower-head spray was too light and made it hard to rinse off •Supplied showering products were of lesser quality •There was a broken coat hook •Very expensive for the limited amenities •Limited tv channels unless you pay to view The stay didn’t affect our stay negatively. We can adapt to any situation. Unless we can get a much better price, we will look for different accommodations next time.
