"Terrible service. They did not have any extra sheets, blankets, or pillows. My kids alept on the pull out sofa bed woth no sheets or pillows. The staff sais they would bring some on two different occasions, yet they never showed up. To top it off, the next day at the water park they didn't have any towels either. I will never go back again."

Shower adjustment knob came off in my hands. Sink stopper not even connected, so couldn't pool water in the sink. Overall, room was acceptable for my needs and desire to not spend too much."

"Getting in to the hotel was a little tricky. Overall, a nice place to stay, especially if you are attending a venue at Staye Farm Stadium. We were traveling with our small dog and were quite shocked at the $75 charge for one pet. 99%of hotels we stay at charge less than $25 per night. It would have been nice to know that fee before booking."
