« I really needed something for my littles that had a homelike feel and was close to the strip, but not the strip. I was grateful for the washer/dryer, fridge, coffee maker, and cleanliness as that is always needed.I do wish there were a few more blankets obviously available but did find one after we were packing up. Very clean! and I was able to access the property without having to deal with anyone! Would stay again! »

« Location and amenities are very good. I gave 4 because nothing in life is perfect. We liked the place and this is our second year staying with Lisa. I wish we could meet her and her loved one in person but maybe next time. We bought a stepping stool just to climb the bed. The one under the bed is not high enough for us old peopleBed is great. A lighting in the closet will be very good since the light is not bright. Also the blind would be better if they could close fully since the light comes...

« My booking was never sent to the company hosting the house. I was left without a place to stay. I received emails confirming my booking and the money was taken from might account as well. Ultimately, I did receive a refund but after I was extremely inconvenienced!! I don’t know who dropped the ball with this booking, but there should be a better system in place for this home. »

« Check in was easy and the property is perfect for the strip. We had 7 adults and it was perfect. »

« We stayed here for 2+ weeks and it was everything that was advertised. Clean, super quiet and a very comfortable king sized bed. Tracy and Matt provided detailed instructions prior to our arrival and responded quickly when we had a question. I would highly recommend this place and will most definitely check into staying here the next time we are in Vegas. »

« The host thought of lots of little amenities like a makeup supplies....extra spices.....nice towels...great kitchen tools...nice blankets for cuddling by fireplace....the rooms were clean and big. The golf area was a fun distraction. I just wish we could have not come in January to really take advantage of of the beautiful backyard and pool! Great communication and great access to Vegas »

« Kitchen had everything you would want: pots and pans of all sizes, knives, range, oven, full sized fridge with ice maker. Both beds were large and super comfortable. Fresh, fluffy towels, plus a washer and dryer. You even have a private, gated courtyard with two seating areas with tables and chairs. »

« Carpets need cleaned or replaced as they are stained and smell bad. Sofa has stains and dog hair so we used extra blankets to cover the couch to sit on it. Outside patio chairs are stained and dirty and the table wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Cobwebs in closet got on my suit. Kitchen is adequate but missing a lot of items. Whole place needs TLC. Items missing off their inventory list which the host acknowledged when asked and she was a very nice person and responsive. I...

« My husband and I enjoyed the weekend stay at Spring Valley. The property was super clean, quiet, and safe. We were able to relax and sleep well here, with no disturbances. Highly recommended! »
