very nice place. The host was accommodating and timely when a small mishap happened regarding the Wi-Fi service. Excellent value for the accommodations, very close to the airport, convenient to both the airport and to the strip.

Nice place, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close to everything too so there is not much travel time to get to where you want to go. Bedroom is close to the street though so if you are a light sleeper, it might keep you up.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The apt was stocked with a case of water bottles, coffee, chips and lots of stuff in the cabinet to enjoy. Eastern Ave runs paralle to the strip so it was very easy to find my way around and back to apartment. I brought my own car and there are free parking at The Treasure Island and circus Circus and easy enough to find off street parking downtown. The host was helpful with any questions I had. I will definetly stay here again. Thank you for the lovely stay

The stay here was amazing, this property has a very cozy and welcoming vibe. It’s very comfortable and well stocked with anything you could need while staying here. It’s feels like you’re at your own home. Highly recommend staying here.

We were very comfortable here. Small but cozy. The host was very nice and easy to reach. We would stay again next trip but we would definitely have a car. My husband is disabled and there was nowhere close enough for him to walk. Great stay. We felt very safe there.

I found the property very charming. There are sitting areas both out front and out back. I had some issues with leaking toilet and shower door which the landlord dealt with right away. The only suggestion I have is to clean the floors more thoroughly becasue they were dirty and to replacle the very worn sofa.

David was an amazing host who communicated well and in advance of our arrival. The property was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood with lots of places to visit in the area. The property was exactly like it was shown in the pictures. When we are in Vegas again we will definitely stay there!

This place is perfect for a single or a couple who want a comfortable place cloae to the strip, but not on it. Dave is a wonderful host. He immediately responded to our request for more coffee,. After being on the road for 2 months we appreciated the comfy recluners and DirecTV!minths, we appreciated the comfy recliners

Cozy and perfect! I enjoyed the property! Great seating & relaxing back yard. Safe and quiet property! About 20 minutes away from everything! Great location! Had minor quirks that were rectified or did t bother me. Eclectic decorations add to the charm. Bathroom was clean and stocked . Bed was comfy kitchen well stocked

Loved the property and the location. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. David was a great host, gave a proper tour of the house and all amenities on arrival, even though we didn’t arrive until after 8 PM. David was available if we needed something and was there to greet us on our departure. Would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again.
