"Great location for this property. Definitely a low frills sort of place but such a convenient location-within walking distance from the Amtrak station. Convenient to pretty much anywhere you want to get to in Boston. Easy walk to Boston Common, Newbury Street, Beacon Hill, North End. Management was very responsive when we checked in and noted there was an issue with the heat and we needed a few more towels and sheets for the sofa bed. Some great options for food really close by. "Amazing location for the price. Check-in was super easy with clear instructions. Free parking was such a great perk for Boston. As for the house, despite a few visual damages (and 2 lightbulbs for the lamps not working), there was not much to complain about. Would recommend "

"Room was clean. Bathroom sink was not draining well. Took 40 minutes to get our car, which made us late for an appointment. On arrival was told we had a $30 credit from Expedia to use for breakfast or dinner at the restaurant. We decided to have breakfast but was charged $75.00\. After several phone calls was told the person was wrong who told us about the credit and there was nothing they could do. Eventually offered a $15 credit. Extremely pissed. Not good service at all. "

"Such a cool modern place to stay. Loved the lights controlled by the ipad and loved the day and night blinds to have up and down. Hotel bar and kitchen was open late which was perfect for a late night snack after seeing a late show. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing a night or two stay. Perfect room for a quick visit. "
