Large room but unhelpful people at reception desk

Beautiful place. But floor in the bathroom was a little sticky. Yuck. When I checked in, I was shown a beautiful dining room where breakfast would be served. But then, instead, it was served in a much more shabby room. Also, the included breakfast was quite skimpy. Extra charge for a real breakfast. (Also, I may be wrong, but I don’t think the word “potatoes” appears anywhere on the menu. Of course, you do serve potatoes - with a delicious omelette that I enjoyed, for example.)

Nobody on property to talk to

Very nice place just on the edge of town. Easy check in, clean, updated rooms, and easy to get up to Gloucester and Rockport from here.

Amazing location right by the water, quiet building and clean. But the furniture is really uncomfortable, particularly the couch which is the only seating, it’s a pull out bed so the entire sofa sinks in low. The bed isn’t solid and easily slides off the frame just by sitting on it. We also had a delivery order stolen from the front desk area.
