Nice staff.Hotel near the airport and free parking.Breakfast, dinner available.Our room was spacious and clean but no house keeping.Beds not made,bins not empty and tea,coffee,milk not replenished stayed for 2 nights. Everything provided but the shower pressure was not strong enough.

This is one of those special places that is worth the trek. Once you step foot into the front door it feels as if you’ve stepped back into a different time. The finishes are all rich and appropriate and the town itself is adorable. Service is outstanding, bed was delicious and would go out of my way to stay here again!! True luxe on a small scale! A bit difficult to find which bldg to check in so ask for clear directions prior to check in.

I had room 7 absolutely gorgeous in every way, even though there was pub downstairs playing lovely Celtic music my room was so quiet, the decor was beautiful like cottage modern feel, little window seat you could see river ness, I sat there most of the time, the bedding 100% scrumptious white cotton sheets which I love, bed was hugh and luxurious, bathroom gorgeous, tartan tiles wow, honestly this was 5* for me. My every visit to Inverness I will try get this room it was sooooo cozy and warming & recommend it highly

Excellent location and facilities; however, it is unfortunate that there is no TV in the room and no air conditioning, which forced me to sleep with the doors and windows open.

Dated and simple but very comfortable, clean and had everything you need. Compared to properties in the Fort William and surrounding areas this was significantly more economical and the accomodation was more than satisfactory. The outdoor area and the old hotel in front of the accomodation look run down which made me concerned when we arrived but once inside we were very happy. The cabin was warm and spotless, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we expected including a smart TV for a late night movie. Not fancy but good value in comparison to the bnb’s/hotels in the area. Would recommend for one or two nights.
