The interior of the unit was very clean and safe and easy to get too. We appreciated the in unit washer/dryer to catch up on our laundry while on our trip. « The Bank House was tucked away in a neighborhood. Not your typical hotel accommodation. Kind of a cross between a hotel and AirBnB. Private parking available. Upon arrival, had to ring the bell for someone to greet you and let you in. This and checkout were really the only times we had contact with staff. Room was quite large and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. One of the most during our 12 day stay in Scotland. Bathroom with plenty of room. However, the toilet required a below...

"Un bel hôtel confortable et bien géré. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien rénovée, lensemble avec goût. J'ai dû me plaindre une fois car le lit n'avait pas été fait et la salle de bains mal nettoyée. Ils ont été très réactifs. Parfaitement placé avec un excellent petit dejeuner. J'y reviendrai sans hésitation."

"Séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel situé en plein centre ville. Attention pas de parking, mais des places sont facilement trouvables dans les rues environnantes. Possibilité de manger dans l’hôtel, ce que nous avons fait le soir, sinon un Domino Pizza se trouve juste en face. Supermarché Morrissons également à proximité. Chambre très spacieuse, tout le confort, très propre. Salle de bain avec grande douche à l’italienne. Cependant, petits soucis concernant cette même douche. Les parois internes se décollent laissant apparaitre de gros éclats disgracieux, ce problème se retrouve partout dans la salle de bain, dû probablement à l’humidité ambiante. C’est bien dommage car, là, ça ne fait pas très propre. Bon, ça n’empêche pas malgré tout de se doucher et c’est là qu’apparait l’autre problème. La paroi étant très courte, le bac se retrouve assez vite plein et inonde une bonne partie de l’espace. Donc ne pas oublier de mettre une serviette à l’entrée pour éviter ce petit désagrément. Pas bien grave, mais ça surprend, la première fois. À part ça, tout s’est formidablement bien passé, petit déjeuner très complet et surtout la présence de Tiphaine, une jeune employée Française de l’hôtel, dont les précieux conseils de visite nous ont permis d’optimiser au mieux notre temps sur place. Donc un grand merci à elle pour sa sympathie et son sourire."
