"This was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and safe. It’s easy to walk to downtown from here where the pubs and shops are. Fraser is friendly and kind and full of suggestions for things to do and see in Inverness. The breakfasts were delicious. If you’re a dog person his dogs are super friendly and sweet. I highly recommend Ballifeary Guest House. "

"The owner Gail was wonderful. Greeted us as soon as we arrived. Helped us park right next to property. Gave us all the info needed for the room and stay and dinner place suggestions. Our room was huge with big comfy bed. Learned from owner that in UK they don’t use top sheets as the top sheet is sewn to the underside of the duvet, which we found too hot, so next time we’ll just ask for an extra sheet. The ceiling is low and the overhead lights shine right in your eyes if you’re lying in bed...

"Five star accommodation. I am in Inverness regularly and Dunhallin takes first prize for every aspect of accommodation in the city. The hosts made me feel welcome and a valued guest. Room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The entire house was well kept and clean. Great and varied choices for breakfast, well made and delicious. Faultless. I couldn't recommend Dunhallin highly enough !"

"The apartment was great, very roomy. But the doors to each room needed door stops... they would not stay open, so it felt isolating to be in one room versus another. Simply adding door stops would make a huge difference."

"The property had a great view and a convenient location. The balcony was nice. It is a little loud at night when you have the windows/balcony door open, which we did because it was warm. I appreciated the milk for coffee in the fridge. The coffeeshop across the street is fantastic as well, and the river is right there. Staff were super communicative and helpful when we had a travel-related issue. Would absolutely stay again. "
