"Apartment had a great location and was comfortable. It was nice having a kitchen and fridge, as opposed to a hotel stay. A lot of extra towels which was appreciated. It’s a real NYC apartment so expect some noise outside and upstairs. Would stay here again. "

"Pros: Very new building/apartment. Kitchen and amenities are great. Rooftop area is nice (great views). Host very responsive. Accessible by bus. Nice to be away from "busier" areas of lower east nice. Cons: Bed a little uncomfortable for two people. 10 minute walk to closest subway."

"The location is great—close to Broadway and subway and food and shopping. But this is a classic small NYC apartment. And you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to it. There were two of us in a small bedroom, so saying it sleeps 6 is a stretch. There is one small bathroom with old fixtures. The fridge has no icemaker and had no ice cube trays (it does after we bought and left some). We had to ask for extra trash bags and paper towels and a dish rag. We had one small bath towel each....
