"The bottom floor with the sauna, onsen and showers was incredible. There was a staff only door which was a little concerning near the bedrooms (which do not have a lock) but my group did not have any issues during our stay. The check in was a little troubling, we get there at night."

"My group stayed at Villa H. Clean room and has the basic amenities. The location was convenient to other areas. We used a rental car, but there is also a bus stop right outside. Villa H was placed above another loft, so getting our larger luggage was a bit difficult, but we were aware of the room placement so no issues at all. Overall we really enjoyed the Villa and location. Thank you!"

"Moto-Hakone guest house is a great place to stay! Super close to the Hakone free pass attractions and in a beautiful area in general. The host is amazing! So kind and attentive. Rooms were large as well and very clean. Great place!"

"The entire place was horrible. It smelled of mildew. It had fixtures that were broken and ripped. It did not meet standards at all. Absolutely the worst place in the world to ever stay. I would never recommend this place. None of my worst nightmare it was completely beyond anything I’ve ever seen before cobwebs broken dirty. Anson no screen on the window a makeshift sink that was not even attached to the wall. Absolutely unbelievably horrible. made my stomach sick. I wanted to throw up. They...
