"Communication was excellent- we had all the info we needed for a perfect stay. Apartment was well stocked, warm and comfy. Towels were a little thin but overall we had a great stay. Access to the beach was excellent. Highly recommend- we will be back if in the area again."

"We had a great stay. The house was clean and had lots of lovely light. The backyard was perfect for the kids who enjoyed the basketball court. The kitchen had everything you’d ever need, no shortcuts here. It was lovely to cook in and the plates etc were of a high quality. Bathrooms were also great. Kids beds were uncomfortable, but other than that everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. Nice location."

"If you’re after a home away from home, that feels secluded that you’re in your own little paradise, but so close to beautiful wineries and cafes, this place is perfect! Perfect amenities like the hot tub if you’re not wanting to leave. The house itself is beautifully decorated and Kara’s little hamper is the perfect touch. "This property has everything you will need regardless of the weather. Even though all bedrooms are on the upper floor, we all manage the stairs without any problems. We are all over 50+yrs, even had a lady recovering from head surgery. Enjoyed the pool table, the many heaters and was amazed at the selection of teas and coffees. Thank You Sylvanna"

"We had a great stay with friends. House was good size for a multi-family stay and the pool is great for kids as our 6 year olds could easily stand up. Kitchen is set up with all plates and utensils, you just need to bring food including pantry basics. Short drive to local beaches and shops in Rye. Solid value for money option and very clean and tidy."

"This holiday home is fully equipped with everything you need. No shortage of towels, glassware, crockery, etc. that you get in other places. We stayed in winter and the heating made it lovely and warm. Communication and check-in process were great. There was a lovely welcome gift. We brought our dog; the yard was lovely and enclosed. Pets not allowed on furniture or beds, which was fine for us."
