The house has everything. I believe we were first to rent since new listing after remodel. But the gist very accommodating and responds quickly. « We really enjoyed this property immensely. There was a lot of open space for communal eating and watching TV. The pool was a hit for the kids. We didn’t use the spa, but we were able to get it operational, we just ran out of time to use it by the time we tried to turn it on. « Stayed here with my son's families and their girls. There were 5 adults and 2 toddlers. This place was great as everyone had their own room and bathroom. Plenty of space and the beach was just a short stroll down the block. Easy to get to with a small beach town vibe. Sunny Days management team was very accommodating and great to deal with.
