Location is 1 row off of from beachfront. Can see the beach from the great rooftop area and slivers of it from the main floor family room. Huge kitchen, family room, and master BR. The owner/property manager is EXTREMELY responsive. We arrived and noted that the toaster was missing - voila he sent one for deliver that night. My wife's stuffing came out great BTW. This is a great location with a large pristine home for a large group event. The adage .. you get what you pay for .. is true! ##### Leslie M. Zalman is a wonderful host. It's am awesome layout that allows me to bring my mom and stepdad, my dad, and my kids' dad all together. Everyone has their own space. The location can't be beat and the part of the beach right next to the house is so peaceful and serene. It's lik3 being on a private beach. Just a wonderful trip.
