« We were there to attend a wedding at the Hartley Botanica. Chose this place because it was so close to the venue. This was a great stay. It was much nicer than the photos. Our family enjoyed the extra space compared to staying at a hotel. Space was clean, well furnished. Amanda was amazing, made efforts to accommodate us. We even got a tour of their goats and dogs. This space made our overall weekend even more memorable. »

« This is a shared unit with others living on the property, this includes other vehicles. The beds are NOT queen size which inconvenienced us tremendously. « This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back. »

« Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay. »

"Chambre propre, réfrigérateur et micro-onde utile. L'isolation est mauvaise, ce qui se comprend car l'établissement est ancien. Faire payer 2,50$ la petite bouteille d'eau en chambre me paraît excessif. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas ouvrir les fenêtres, (comme dans les hôpitaux). Le petit déjeuner est bon malgré le choix limité. Le personnel est agréable."
