The property was super clean, and we appreciated the easy access. The location was stunning, offering beautiful views all around. "Loved the views. Apt had great amenities, such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, and small things like dish soap and sponge (which we sometimes don't have at other rental homes and need to run to the supermarket last min). Owner/manager was very responsive. The back lock on the deck was broken, but didn't feel unsafe since people on the beach can't get up to the deck. Bunk beds was fine for my teens."

"Spent a month here while working at the Reagan Library. Beautiful area with lots to do. The room is comfy and homely, Klaus and Katlen were friendly and gracious hosts throughout - no complaints whatsoever. Fabulous place!"

"Property is very clean, bright and well equipped. It’s walkable to Santa Monica pier, but the tram passes right outside and there’s a stop close by. Ralph’s store is beside the property if you need provisions, and a Starbucks on the corner. There’s two pools and a hot tub. Highly recommended. Don’t forget to ask for an extra bed in advance if you need more than 3 beds. My teenagers don’t like to share!"

"I've stayed in many VRBOs over the years. This was in a great location and decorated beautifully. My host was very gracious and accommodating of my allergy to fragrance. I was on the go much of the time and didn't spend much time there, but the time I did was great. I highly recommend this condo!"

"Megan's property was perfect for my mom and I to come out to visit family for the weekend. It was easy to find with the directions that she provided, perfectly clean, and had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying here again and hopefully meeting some of the chickens next time 😊"

"This is our second time staying at this location. I cannot emphasize how amazing the location is, especially if you are visiting Warner Bros., Universal Studios, or Hollywood. The location is extremely quiet and safe, stores and restaurants are close by, and the drive to Universal is less always quick. The apartment is updated and lovely as well."

"This was a great spot right outside LA. It was a quick drive to Universal Studios and Hollywood attractions. It was a nice quieter spot outside the city but still had easy access to groceries, restaurants, etc. House was very modern and comfortable. Owner was very responsive to our needs."

"Replace head boards and foot boards. Remotes didn’t work for the Fan. I had to go downstairs to get batteries for the Roku remote. Nice size spiders came out in the bathroom. Shampoo and body wash pumps did not work. But I would stay again. Little fixes. "
