My son got 10 bug bites on his back in the first hour just laying on the bed. No conditioner, so much noise above us! I could not sleep and just wanted to get through the night and get the heck out of there!!!’ I let the receptionist know when I checked out and she just apologized nothing more. I should have just paid 75 more bucks to stay at the Sheraton!!!! "
