"We come to Caddo every summer and this is the best house we have found for rent. The large open concept kitchen and living space is perfect for a family gathering and we enjoyed games around the large table. The outdoor decks offer spaces in the sun, shade and a screened porch. Everything was clean and in good working order. Steps to enter the water are convenient for those not wanting to slide or jump off the deck. The host responded quickly to a question we had about how to work the slide...

"The stay was what I was all I was hoping for. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful and the lake only added to the experience. My overall experience with management was great. She kept lines of communication open. At one point we had an issue with a cabinet door hinge but maintenance was nearby and came right away to remedy the problem. "House was clean and well appointed. The only negative was the malfunction of one of the showers had problem with hot water not working. All the water valve in the bathroom and kitchen were backwards from normal. Communication with property management concerning problems was excellent excellent. Would stay again."
