Staff was nice and helpful. But hotel had no ice outside of runs, wasn’t clean had dirty or stain towels. Pictures on Hotels.com are not anywhere close to his looks now.

My husband showed up at OYO to find people working on their cars in the parking lot. Then, when he got inside, they had no record of his reservation. So, he had to drive clear across Monroe so that he could stay at a decent motel. Supposedly Expedia and the motel are working on a refund.

This hotel is disgusting. These are not current pictures. Nothing looks like these pictures. The room reeked of cigarettes, people live here. Everything was gross and we left. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Very scary place to stay, half of the property is abandoned, no lighting, no hot water. I pushed furniture in front of the door because I was literally scared to go to sleep. Only stayed for two hours and left.

You’re greeted with broken sliding lobby doors, not even a sign, you just have to figure out you need to manually push them apart… it was all downhill from there.

The property was condemned. Had a notice on the door that it was shut down due to structure damage from roof leaking. Then took me over an hr to convince expedia of this and to get a refund without a penalty.
