Excellent hotel. Front desk upgraded by room for free. Layout of the room was fantastic and always a treat coming back after a long day. Location is the key as moko mall is connected as is the Mong kok east mtr. If you walk further down the mall there is a connected walkway leading to Nathan road and Sneaker street. Pool was big and well kept. Only thing was they would close the pool for designated opening times if there was a thunderstorm warning in the forecast despite it being sunny...

Everything was clean. The staff were very nice and kind, always ready to open the door for you and help you out with the elevators and any type of services. New towels everyday and also clean out bed. Everytime we're back from outside the room is cleaned and comfortable.

Mr Simon the customer service is excellent I was waiting in the lobby waiting for my 3:00 pm check in around 12:15 pm , Mr Simon saw I am tired and approached me and told me as soon as the room is clean he will let me in the room right away and Mr Simon personally bring my baggage with me and show my room and give me a lots of info about the area for shopping eating and when we check out instead of two taxi for four people and a lots of baggage he arrange a big taxi to accommodate four of us...
