« Le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du staff. Il y avait une petite fuite sous l’évier de la salle de bain et comme je suis arrivé tard à Hong Kong et donc à l’hôtel (22h00), lorsqu’ils m’ont proposé de changer de chambre j’ai accepté pour éviter des tracas supplémentaires. Ils m’ont, par ailleurs, upgradé pour pallier au désagrément. La chambre club, très propre, propose un bon rapport qualité prix. Très bon petit déjeuner. »

« ホテルのスタッフの方がとても親切で助かりました。 私は中国語や英語がほぼ話せませんが、日本語が話せるスタッフさんが何人かいらっしゃったので、スムーズにチェックインやアウトができました。 また、台風の影響で飛行機が遅延したため、チェックインが23:00を超えてしまう旨をメールで連絡させてもらったところ、そちらも快く対応してくださいました。 そして次の日も台風で昼過ぎまでは天気が悪いので、昼過ぎ以降の外出をお勧めしてくださいました。 おかげ様でとてもスムーズに観光を楽しむことができました。 部屋もアップグレードしていただき、清潔なお部屋で快適に過ごせました。 また香港へ行く際は是非利用したいと思います！ »

« Chambre humide à l'arrivée. Changement de chambre. Toujours aussi humide. Demande de déshumidificateur. Un peu mieux si on laisse tourner l'appareil très bruyant et qui assèche l'air H24... Personnel jemenfoustiste à part Eddie du service de nuit qui s'est démené pour rendre notre séjour plus tolérable... Grosse déception étant donné que c'est notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Le premier était parfait, nous avions même prolongé notre séjour. »

"Le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du staff. Il y avait une petite fuite sous l’évier de la salle de bain et comme je suis arrivé tard à Hong Kong et donc à l’hôtel (22h00), lorsqu’ils m’ont proposé de changer de chambre j’ai accepté pour éviter des tracas supplémentaires. Ils m’ont, par ailleurs, upgradé pour pallier au désagrément. La chambre club, très propre, propose un bon rapport qualité prix. Très bon petit déjeuner."
