However, Registration is actually on the 3rd (?) floor but there is no sign at the entrance of the building/hotel or by the elevator to direct or instruct guests. The check-in process was inefficient because the staff asked us to type in all the required info. This should be the job of the staff who is familiar with all the required entries since they would be dealing with it day in and day out. As it was, my husband had to ask the staff what he needed to type which prolonged the check-in process. Not to mention that we were tired from traveling and we just wanted to go to our room! We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet our room was even though it faced the street. I personally didn't like that there was a big step to enter the bathroom. That can be hazardous!
