Youthful and energetic neighbourhood. Close to subway. Staff were great. One thing to note when first arriving is that the main lobby is on the second floor. Room was clean with nice view of Kowloon. The hotel staff were nice. However, the mattress was a nightmare — it felt like a waterbed, extremely soft and uncomfortable. It was impossible to sleep. The mattress should definitely be replaced. A bit worried after read some really bad review about the cleaning and bugs issues. But after check in to the room, it's way better than my expectations. Pletty of room, room condition a bit dated but very clean, cozy and comfortable. The best part is the location, you can find everything you need just went downstairs.
