We were looking for the Raddison but the sign on the building had been removed; we walked in and hoped we had the right place. There were multiple people trying to check in so there was a line and we waited for at least 30 minutes to get checked in. There were issues with reservations and room doors but the woman at the front desk (Sonora I think?) didn’t lose her cool in what appeared to be a pretty stressful situation. Room was clean and comfortable, close enough to AmFam Field that it wasn’t a long ride there.

The name wasn’t even on the hotel. There was no housekeeping service at all in the five days I stayed there. There was no place for breakfast. Everything about the place was old and tired. I strongly recommend against staying here.

Hotel is a little out dated and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. With today’s modern technology I was surprised that there were no additional outlets to plug in cell phone chargers. For the amount of money we paid none of the premium channels were free. Regular channels had a ton of commercials. Went downstairs to the bar/restaurant and it was ghetto the regulars in there were acting disorderly. Not a place I would stay at again.

Pros: - comfy bed - reasonable cost - check in and check out were very simple Cons: - lack of customer service - several times no one would be at the front desk - also did not receive a call back after I left a msg on the front desk voicemail - tv glitched every 2-3 minutes - bath tub drained super slow - stood in about 2 inches of water during entire shower

Very disappointing and rude front desk
I was pretty disappointed in this stay. When first arriving no one was at the front desk. I waited with my 2 kids for about 15 mins before anyone appeared to help. The bathroom in our room was a little dirty, the shower had hair and scum on the walls. The most disappointing thing was in the morning my kids were super excited to go swimming and the pool door was locked (We weren’t able to the first night because we had plans) it was 8:30am and pool was supposed to open at 6am. I went to the front desk and the lady there was rude and just told me she doesn’t know why it wasn’t open and doesn’t know when it will be but it wasn’t her job to open it. We checked back at 10:15am and it was still locked & no one was at the front desk. I specifically booked this hotel so my kids could go swimming and they never got to and were pretty upset.

Right place but room for improvement
Our annual trip to Milwaukee for a retiree party. Hotel is perfectly located for our needs. In is in obvious need of updating, which it appears they are doing. The only issue with the room was the drapes, which don't cover the windows completely so a lot of light gets in. Hopefully this will be addressed.

Room and hotel was clean and as expected. The unfortunate part about our stay that made it not enjoyable was we were woken up by the neighboring room about 3-4 different times throughout the night/early morning, truly made the stay unenjoyable and exhausting.

Room had 2 sets of towels and when I called for more they wants me to count how many I had already and questioned why I needed more. I showered upon arrival and went out and needed to shower again. Floor was not clean debris pushed in a corner. Ladies would not give a receipt for a deposit they took on my ccrd. Overall a no for me.

We certainly apologize for the issue with the towels, that is definitely not how we should be doing business. Please understand that when you book through a third party, your receipt will come from them, since that is who you actually paid.

Check in was a disaster. Long lines. Room wasn’t ready. Carpet in room looked like it was never vacuumed. If you walked around barefoot your feet were black on the bottoms.

This hotel is independently owned so we were not sure if that was why it didn’t life up to Raddison standards. It’s very run down and dirty. Your room is serviced on request only and if you make any requests the staff is very rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying at this property.

The staff were nice but not very personable. The room was nice but the bathroom didn't have a fan so the steam from the shower fogged up the bathroom and made all the surfaces wet. The room was clean. The parking lot was small and needs some work. Overall a good hotel.
