4/10 Poor

"Parking lot was littered with trash. As soon as I got in the entrance it seemed shady. Had to do a $100 deposit. Hotel smelled. Room looked neglected. Remote button missing to power it on. Art had a hole in it, floor looked like it needed and hadn’t gotten a mop. M&m on the floor. Tv didn’t work said no signal. Wasn’t given WiFi so not sure if they even had it. Bathroom looked bad. Black mold on caulk. Shower had hair in it. Shower head had been pulled out and not secured again. Just looked neglected. Last paint job they did was terrible and sloppy. Won’t stay again. One plus was the shuttle service to the fiserv forum and pick up."

"Front staff were very friendly and super helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Main areas also very well kept and clean. Pool was fun for the kids. The breakfast was amazing with excellent food, even an omelette bar. Lots of safe onsite parking and close to many restaurants. Easy access to freeway."

"The property is close to the airport. You could even walk to it if a person wanted to stretch their legs after a flight. My son and I did this but did take an Uber back to the airport when we departed a couple days later. The hotel is walking distance from a number of food places and when you arrive the lobby is very nice and remodeled. Our room was clean for the most part but not in great detail. If you really look you will find some dust in a corner or something small like that but nothing to get to worked up about for us. Otherwise really just a place to rest for a couple days visit to Milwaukee. Staff was nice, breakfast was very mediocre, just not much selection but nothing that we worry about and your a couple miles from downtown. Overall just your average everyday hotel."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations! Everything was spotless, and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The room was very spacious.. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!"

"Unfortunately the room while hotel was not well kept. The rugs the second you walk into the lobby were so disgusting. I was instantly nervous at that point. They pump so much aroma into it I had a headache. Our room also was heavily fragrant to cover up an odor. Lastly, we valet parked and waited for 30 mins for our vehicle. I then asked where it was and they said it is right there. They had our car keys mixed up with somebody else’s and pulled up the wrong vehicle. Needless to say, I will never be returning."
