Unexpected find in great neighborhood
Corner room with private terrace/balcony perfect for couple getaway. Spacious with small kitchen and dining area. Private bedroom Great area adjacent to small park and boutique coffee shops. Price was well worth it Staff was super attentive and pleasant

Noisy and uncomfortable
The place looks nice, however, the bed was soooo uncomfortable, the towels were not properly bleached and there was guests in another room making noise all night, singing on their balcony and the hotel administration did nothing. Terrible experience, I don’t recommend this hotel.

Great amenities but there is lot of noise coming from the main corridor all day long. You can listen other’s conversations from your living area (guests and housekeeping)

The property is absolutely beautiful! It is very clean, updated, and the service is amazing. Great location, you can walk anywhere from the hotel and it is a safe neighborhood.

We had a great stay, the suites are in a very quiet, upscale safe neighborhood - we had very comfortable beds! suite had everything you need, the kitchen has all necessary utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The place is very clean and new, the staff is very friendly and helpful - thank you Alex and Marco for everything! A beautiful park is only a block from the property. A taxi stand is also just a block away, making it pretty easy to get a safe taxi if needed. The only "dislike" is that the suites do not have air conditioing, however, we could open the doors to a very nice, long terrace. Fortunately, it was not that warm in Mexico City at the time of our visit. Pillows could be a little softer.

This place was great. Best business travel accommodations I have ever had. Staff was friendly. There was a park nearby. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Quiet, mostly people walking the dogs in the neighborhood. The room was huge and comfortable.

Great staff, specially Lupita kept our room super clean every day. Front desk people very friendly as well, fast check-in. Maybe a few more options for breakfast. Lots of restaurants and 7 eleven super close. I will definitely be coming back again.

I really liked the location of this hotel. There was a beautiful park across the street which had a great jogging path. Also the gym on the premises was perfect with fairly updated equipment. I liked the breakfast selections. The room was clean and large. Nice to have a separate living area to watch TV and kitchen was a plus. The security personnel were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate their double duty work as bell hop, doorman etc. I did not like the horrible smell of natural gas in the room. Even the housekeeper left the glass doors open to vent the room (I assume). Paint was sagging from the ceiling in the shower. Also, please hire front desk people who can communicate in English.

The building is kept like NEW. We stayed in a very SPACEY room with a modern dinning table, lay down sofas + TV, fully equipped kitchen with appliances and nice dishware, a fine size bedroom with lots of in wall cupboards. I WISH the bed was BIGGER & air conditioning was available. A fan was provided. The Bathroom is well designed with OK space and instant HOT water.

A very nice property, located in a quiet neighborhood of CDMX. Cleanliness was excellent, bed comfortable, but pillows firm and too thick (for my taste), causing neck pain. Beautiful marbled bathroom with lots of shower pressure. The green wall that most room face is very nice. Some rooms do face an inner courtyard however, mine did, and it never gets particularly bright or sunny and ventilation is an issue in those suites. The hotel has no air conditioning or ventilation, so be aware that if you are very Canadian like me and like a cool room to sleep in, you probably would be uncomfortable here, especially in the summer time, when CDMX gets hotter.

Great Value for the Price!
Overall we were very happy with the service we received during our stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were very willing to help us and always greeted us with a smile. The valet was pretty good with the exception of one person who seemed to always be in a bad mood when we dropped off the car. Despite that I would still highly recommend staying here!

Excellent location, very comfortable, clean, friendly staff but maintenance needs better supervision.The boiler was off (which was quickly fixed). Two light bulbs didnt work (also quickly fixed) . The safe didn't work( one day to fix) and the hot water of one bath didn't work ( two days to fix). Its a shame that because of lack of supervision what could be an excellent stay was a bad one

The room rate is not expensive but the room we got was so HUGE and I couldn't even believe it. It got a nice dinning place and kitchen and sofa and TV, then a huge bedroom with clean and large bathroom. The hotel is nice furnished and clean. But the location is not convenient if you want to go to downtown area--although it is just ~20 minutes drive and you can take a uber to get there.

Very nice extended stay - but needs better wifi!
The Pennsylvania Suites gave me a big beautiful suite with a kitchen and dining room. It was all very new and clean with marble and granite and great colors, very restful. The front desk guy was always nice and helpful. However, I did not understand when booking that this is an extended stay property, with limited services and no restaurant. I had a coffeepot but no coffee, I would have had to go to the store and buy some. There is a limited continental breakfast which was fine. It would be perfect for a longer stay but I was only there a few nights. The one thing I would say is: wifi needs to improve. I was locked out of wifi most nights, and could only get in reliably in the morning when I had no time to work. I would not stay here again unless this is improved.

Great sized rooms in a quiet neighbourhood
I stayed for four nights in November 2015 and had a wonderful stay. The size of the rooms is excellent, I had a large bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and dining area + kitchen and a large fridge. It is located about 10min walk from a Metro station and I used this station to travel to the city centre which took about 35 mins from the hotel. The staff were very helpful. Fabian who was at reception booked me an excellent tour to Teotihuacan and also helped with whatever else I needed. There are a few restaurants within walking distance from the hotel which are good and convenient for dinner. Breakfast is simple and limited. The gym is good and rarely used. Overall a great place to stay.

Clean comfortable room. That is good news. The rest of the experience is mediocre at best. From uneven front desk (kudos to Joni ),to no room service including no ice.;felt more like a dormitory rather than anything resembling full service hotel. Plus they would not provide room reserved and paid for on check in.

Excellent stay at a very comfortable hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although not air-conditioned but in Mexico City that is hardly ever a requirement. The hotel is located in the center of the city, and conveniently close the the World Trade Center. Hotel Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is basic: coffee, cereal,toast, ham, cheese, and yogurt and some fruit. My only complaint is that wifi was not as reliable as I would have liked.

The staff at Pennsylvania Suites is very helpful and extremely pleasant and the rooms were very spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city - close to downtown, the airport, and most of the neighborhoods in Mexico.

My husband and I stayed at the Pennsylvania Suites for a week. We speak very little Spanish, but the hotel staff worked hard to understand, and help meet our needs. The front desk staff was friendly and went out of their way to communicate about incoming phone calls, and providing taxi reservations. Very professional!

Great place to stay in Mexico City.
Modern and comfortable style. Great location, close to the World Trade Center, good local food places, internet is decent, and there is a local coffee shop downstairs as well as a chain coffee shop a few meters away with great internet. Service was great.

Excellent stay, staff very friendly and reactive to customer needs. excellent hotel and well designed. close to everything , mall, restaurants and cafes bars that have good food and drinks. there is a starbuc at the corner and a xoffe shop wher eu can have good lunch and breakfeast down to the hotel. perfect. will recommend it and will come back for my next stay.
