Breakfast is the best! If you stay here you won’t sleep, you can hear the noise of cars and trucks coming from the street, bed is bad solid as a rock and pillows are soft as butter.

Excelente ubicación, cuando dispones de un par de días y quieres conocer la ciudad, museos, vida nocturna etc. hotel es básico pero en buen estado y buen precio

Make sure to ask for rooms facing the plaza. The other side faces a very busy avenue and it is extremely loud, even at nights and early mornings. The good: Friendly service, great internet, nice breakfast and comfortable stay in room. Not so good: bathroom/shower in bad shape, needs remodeling or at least urgent maintenance. Told the clerk at desk but did not seemed very concerned. Did not apologize or wrote ir down. My perception is that they know these problems exist and are not going to do anything about it. Apart from that, it was a decent stay at a decent price. With the plus of breakfast included.

I would certainly stay here again!
Great location within the city, so many stores available within the shopping center, excellent wifi coverage, breakfast included all at a fair rate, makes selecting this hotel a no-brainer for business travelers.

Always a great option, but...
I know it's because of the pandemic, but it's almost pitiful that having refurbished rooms, they offer the old ones. It's a completely different experience from one room to the other.

The staff is incredibly amazing, food is really good and as a plus you can use the laundry room for free! Pillows and mattresses are not the best but you can live with it

The hotel was inside a mall which was very beneficial. There was a lot of activities to do inside. Uber was also a big help to move around Mexico.

Rooms are super small, no personalized service, they checked me into a room where tv remote didn’t work, door lock didn’t lock.. I called them, they send somebody to repair the remote, but couldn’t replace the door lock, the answer was... no worries you will not need it!!... terrible service, we will not go back!!

Excellent hotel. Fully recommend this Hotel inside a shopping center where you have a movie theatre, restaurants, and plenty of stores. Hotel check in is excellent, rooms are very clean, tv with Sky, Wi Fi excellent, they include a very good breakfast, computers in the lobby area, washer and dryer. Overall a very good business hotel with all the amenities in a very good location in Mexico City

For the price it is ok, price-Value is fine At reception, only one person to attend, very friendly but it took a while to check in. Room facing to main street is nosiy starting at 6:00am Eleveators took long.

Great value and very convenient
Very nice hotel located a ove a mall. You have e everything you need including a great gym with a day pass option. Very nice buffet type breakfast included. Free wifi that works good. 10 min walk to World Trade center. Great service and hospitality. Rooms are on the smaller side but clean and comfortable. I think this hotel is a great value.
