« Very bad customer service and manager or owner. Whoever the older lady was had the weird eyes nicest way I can put it. She is a very rude bad word she come running out of the hotel room at 10 AM long story short she made me pay for my 13-year-old son who was tall with a small massage because she was 100% sure he was a grown man and me being eight hours away from home. I had no birth records to prove he was a child got woke up at 2 AM with bedbugs bites which I am in talks with attorney about...

« I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property that made it uncomfortable to even be in the room. It’s clear that the hotel is in serious need of renovation and better upkeep. The cleanliness was especially concerning. The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and the bedsheets seemed unchanged from the previous guest, which is completely unacceptable. Basic hygiene...
