It was a great place to stay even if the room were small. Only negative point there was no safe in the room. Staffs were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. I will stay there again

We booked this hotel as a quick one night stay before taking the ferry north. The hotel itself had lovely amenities like the onsen. It was clean, peaceful and relaxing.
There was one pool we could use, but the rooftop pool cost $45 for each adult and $20 for each kid. So for a family of 4 quite expensive (and not advertised as an extra fee during the booking process). Our room was also quite small.
The area around the hotel was shady for a family. We zipped out to eat dinner but my husband walked to the family mart a few blocks away and said it definitely had red light district vibes).
The staff was lovely and helpful.

In room washing machine was an amazing treat. Get to wash my clothes after a skin melting day. Spacious room. Donki is just downstairs with walkable distance to convenient stores. Very likely to pick this stay again!

The Naha Beach side Hotel is pleasant,bright and cheery.

"We can not reach them by phone even if we need emergency request or questions. Actually I needed to ask car parking availability but they have no telephone number for direct human access, only AI answer. I parked my car in front if the hotel and visit a front counter yo ask the parkings."
